Transforming Horizons:
stories from the qtapi community
“Transforming Horizons” was created by API Equality-LA and Vietnamese Rainbow of Orange County . Both organizations decided to create a storytelling space where QTAPI folx can share how they envision safety for their communities based on their experiences with white supremacist and/or gender-based harm.
In tandem with telling their stories, “Transforming Horizons” will provide artists with an appreciation gift (up to $100), a subsidy for mental health care (up to $130), and a physical self care kit for their time and labor.
